Information we collect
When you send a consultation enquiry, we collect the details you choose to provide so we can review and respond to that enquiry.
- Full name, work email, service interest and message
- Optional phone number and business name
- Technical anti-spam and delivery records needed to protect and operate the form
How information is used
Enquiry information is used to respond, assess service fit and maintain an appropriate record of the conversation. It is not used for unrelated marketing without a separate choice.
Current retention direction is 12 months. Final retention wording and legal basis remain subject to legal approval.
Service providers
Resend is selected for email delivery and Cloudflare Turnstile for form abuse prevention. Their production configuration and contractual terms must be verified before launch.
